Taking the Patient with left Hemiplegie as an example, the weaknesses in the Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens are as follows:

1. Schulter flexion a Bewegung pattern that inhibits flexion of the upper body)

The Therapeut controls the Patient to straighten the Ellbogen and instructs the Patient to remove the sleeve from the post. If the Patient's Hand Greifen ability is insufficient, the sleeve can be held with both hands at the same time.

3. Ellbogen stretch

Ellbogen extension activities with Schulter immobilization (note that the Handgelenk is placed on the flatbed to prevent it from sagging and causing Schmerz). During the Rehabilitation process, due to the influence of the spastic mode, the Patient can complete the Ellbogen extension alone, but the Schulter flexion and Ellbogen extension cannot be completed together. We can first perform the Ellbogen extension Training activity from the Schulter flexion state to suppress this mode.
